OEM Users

This page lists of all OEM Users and their role(s). For information about roles, see Default User Roles in the Ayla Customer Dashboard. You obtain the following information on this page:

• ID - The Ayla-assigned ID for the user.

• First Name / Last Name - Name of the OEM user.

• Email - The email address of the OEM user.

• Roles - The current roles assigned to the user.

• Actions - The option to delete the user.

If you are a customer in the EU, the GDPR (privacy) feature should be enabled so that all Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is not shown on the Dealers page. When GDPRGeneral Data Protection Regulation is enabled, personal information is replaced with a UUIDUniversally Unique Identifier on the OEM User page, as shown in the example below.

You can also accomplish the following from this page:

• Create OEM users
• Search for an OEM User and sort users based on specific criteria
• Add contacts for OEM Users
• View/edit the details for OEM users
• Reset the password for an OEM User
• Resend the confirmation instructions to the OEM User
• Delete an OEM User from the dashboard
• Delete contacts for OEM Users
• Delete metadata for OEM Users
